Unfortunately we do not have that information.
But The Best Bank in Pakistan for 2008 was National Bank of Pakistan as per The Banker magazine based on many factors.

What would u do with the list of top 10 banks in pakistan? its a failed country. None of the banks are good 
NO banks have online banking facility. Lashkar-e-tayeeba can give you a good locker facility, try it
